@Jennifer yep! just add olive oil and all the other ingredients to a pan and cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. I'm glad you're going to try it! It's our "meal of the moment". We love it. Oh, and don't be stingy with the salt either because it's basically the only seasoning.
I don't know what's better, all the amazing food or Scott's comment.
